Shipping Policy

All orders that are processed will be posted within 1 business day, all orders will be delivered via Australia Post, which will take approximately 1-4 days for express or 2-7 days for standard shipping services.

All tracking information will be available via Tracking, as soon as we receive it and also updated to your given email.


Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, unopened in the original packaging, and must include all packing material, manuals, documentation, and accessories. The value of any missing items will be deducted from the credit amount of a return.

Proof of purchase will be required. Please include your name, email address and order number when requesting a return. Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you have waited 7 business days and still not received your refund yet, please contact us at help@cloudnone.com.au For exchanges, we only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at help@cloudnone.com.au. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of postage shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless if the product is defective. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
